Format: 4 to 6 person heats 15 minutes long.  3 person judging panel decides the top two qualifiers who advance (no number scores.  20 min. person on person final.  Before your heat spin a wheel with a shaper on it and ride that board for your heat. (Surfboards are provided).  You spin the wheel before every heat. No age brackets, no divisions, no interference, no priority, no traditional thrusters.
